Buko Monggo Ice Drop

Buko Monggo Ice Drop crowned with sweet red mung beans. Its easy to make, you can do it by yourself. All of monggo icream’s ingredients are affordable and easy to find in any markets.

I got this recipe on my mother who doing this every summer. So i’d like to share it with you guys. Now let’s start in how to make this!

Ingredients:
 ¼ cup Red Beans/monggo
 5 cups Coconut water
 300 ml Condensed milk
 154 ml Evaporated milk

Procedure:

First, boil the beans/monggo for about 1 hour.

Second, Mix the coconut water, condensed milk and evaporated milk into the container.

Third, Pour 1tbsp red bean per mold (paper cup) then add the mixed ingredients and also add coconut meat.

Fourth, freese half way for 3 hours then put the popsicle sticks.

And lastly, freeze it completely.

Now you have Buko Monggo Ice Drop. Enjoy!
